Our last litter was born on June 2nd, 2009 and all are now enjoying their puppy life in their new homes.

All pups have been color coded for easily identification and to track progress of growth. This picture was taken when pups were only a few hours old, resting comfortably with full tummies.
Our 2008 litter arrived on March 28th in the wee hours of the morning and all were happy and healthy. All 7 pups are enjoying life at their new homes across the country. To see more pictures of this little bunch, click on March 2008 Litter.

Here is a picture of Spirit, the pups Mom. She is out of Melrose Kennels in Missouri and will be turning six in June of 09. She has won numerous hunting competitions and just loves to hunt. She is a joy to watch out in the fields and forests because she has great retrieving abilities and can smell a bird in the thickest of brush or grass.
Spirit's boyfriend is a well known stud dog out of Clearcut Kennel near Duluth, MN named Trapper. Not only is he an awesome Grouse hunter, he has a great stance and an awesome 12 o'clock tail.
This is a picture of the newest addition to our family. She is out of Spirit and Trapper and was 4 1/2 months old when this picture was taken. She is the spitting image of her Mom and Dad in more ways than one. Her name is Fire and as you can see, she is smelling something very interesting in the woods. It's unbelievable how she is already learning to use her nose......and look at that stance.
Both of our girls fit their names well as they are very quick, agile and energetic. We feel very fortunate to have them as part of our family.
